Rocela Acquires Incisus

Edinburgh based independent Oracle specialist, Rocela, has acquired Livingston-based consulting company, Incisus in a transfer or shares deal. Rocela, which doubled turnover in the latest financial year to more than £20million, is acquiring Incisus' entire operation whilst retaining all of its 10 employees.
