Rocela, reinforcing its focus on Oracle HR Implementation and Managed Services, has recently appointed Nigel Watson as Head of Consulting for Rocela's Professional Services business unit.
Nigel will be responsible for managing Rocela's Professional Services consultants and will work to develop and expand the team to focus on growing Rocela's market share in Oracle Human Resource Management Solutions/Human Capital Management solutions (HRMS/HCM) including Consulting and Managed Services.
